1. Eligibility for a Refund
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement if the product:
- Is delivered damaged, defective or faulty
- Is significantly different from the description or images on our website
- Is incorrect due to an error on our side
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change-of-mind returns
- Products that have been used, opened or unsealed due to hygiene reasons
- Items returned without prior approval
2. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us atΒ sales@dejanan.com.auΒ within five days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the problem.
- Once your request is approved, return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
